Regular exercise is the key to boosting energy levels. An hour or two every week not only improves health, fitness, flexibility and stamina levels, but also ensures that a tiny slice of that precious time is yours alone. You will challenge your body, make it stronger and more efficient at the same time as having a lot of fun.
Classes have a lively mixture of members of all ages, including special classes for the Active Retired. Each group has a real sense of camaraderie, which is far more enjoyable than a solitary workout at the gym.
The strength of our classes lies in the fact that we arrange all our exercises to music making the classes both stimulating and lively. Members return to their class year after year making friends and keeping up their exercise regime into later life. Many testify to the fact that their recovery from illness and injury is remarkable, due to the fact that they have been exercising on a regular basis with the Fitness League.
This September we are starting classes in 5 new venues - 2 in Dublin (Rathfarnham and Finglas) and we are bringing The Fitness League to Carlow, Gorey and Wexford Town. Our new venues are:

Classes are available in over 40 locations across Dublin, Carlow, Kildare, Wicklow and Wexford.
